De wijngaard Bruniche van ongeveer 90 hectare is een perceel van het wijndomein Tenuta de Nozzole dat sinds 1971 eigendom is van de familie Folonari. Deze wijngaard op 300 meter hoogte werd als bijzonder geschikt bevonden voor Chardonnay. Om concentratie en complexiteit te verkrijgen, worden de opbrengsten laag gehouden. De wijnstokken groeien op Bruniche op \u00e9\u00e9n van de hoogste heuvels van het gebied, waar de uitstekende belichting door de zon alsook de kalksteen- en mergelbodem helpen bij het behoud van een optimale bodemtemperatuur. De druiven worden voorzichtig geperst en het sap wordt koud opgeslagen. De most wordt gefermenteerd in roestvrijstalen tanks met gecontroleerde temperatuur en blijft op de wijnmoer (lies) voor ongeveer drie maanden. De malolactische gisting wordt gedaan in roestvrijstalen vaten en de wijn rijpt minstens twee maanden op fles voor de commercialisering en dit zonder houtlagering. Op het wijndomein Nozzole is ook een prachtige B&B waar het heerlijk vertoeven is.<\/p>\n

De wijn heeft een heldergele kleur met groene reflecties. In de neus vinden we aroma\u2019s van exotisch fruit en citrusvruchten. In de mond vinden we toetsen van groene appel en banaan. Het rijpe fruit wordt immers goed onderlijnd door een mooie aciditeit.
