<\/p>\nDe Quinta de Quercus Single Vineyard is een wijn gemaakt van \u00e9\u00e9n wijngaard 30 jaar oude Tempranillo-stokken dat onderdeel is van de Bodegas Fontana in het hart van Spanje, Castili\u00eb. Voor deze jaargang kwamen de druiven van de Oca\u00f1a en Morras-wijngaarden; rijping vond plaats gedurende twaalf maanden op vaten van Franse en Amerikaanse eik.<\/p>\n
Deze rijping geeft de wijn de romige maar toch subtiele vanilletoetsen en de lichte hint van specerijen. Het fruit vertoont geen spoortje van het hete Spaanse binnenland: de zuren zijn opvallend fris! Vooral bosbessen en rood fruit overheersen. Opvallend zijn ook de stevige maar toch soepele tannines, die prima ge\u00efntegreerd zijn en de wijn een mooie fluwelige structuur geven<\/p>\n
