Deze cuv\u00e9e die uitsluitend gemaakt wordt van Syrah druiven, wordt gerijpt in Franse eiken vaten, waarvan 55% nieuw zijn en 45 % \u00e9\u00e9n jaar oud zijn. De neus is diep, zeer complex, rijk, met aroma\u2019s van donker fruit, peper, gerookt en subtiel geboiseerd. In de smaak vindt men rijp donker fruit, kruiden, een ongelooflijke minerale frisheid, een mooi geheel van fruit, tannines en aciditeit. Deze grote wijn is een ideale begeleider van karaktervolle gerechten zoals, wildgerechten, gegrilde schotels en sterke kazen.<\/p>\n
