Gespecialiseerd in de productie van de Viognier druif sedert 1992, heeft de familie Miquel er voor gekozen om een speciale gelimiteerde cuv\u00e9e \u201cV\u00e9rit\u00e9\u201d te maken. Afkomstig van een selectie van de beste percelen van het domein<\/p>\n

Het wijnhuis Laurent Miquel<\/a> heeft een rijke geschiedenis die de basis vormt van het huidige wijnbedrijf. Het begint allemaal ver terug in\u00a0het\u00a0Romeins Tijdperk.\u00a0De Romeinen deden al aan wijnbouw in Cazal Viel. Deze naam vind zijn oorsprong in het latijn, CAZEVIEILLE wordt vertaald als \u201coud huis\u201d. Waarbij\u00a0Hugues de Cessenon in 1202 Cazal Viel weggeeft aan de monniken van de Abdij de Fontcaude, deze monniken verbouwden er gedurende de Middeleeuwen wijn.\u00a0Tijdens de Franse Revolutie in 1789\u00a0werd het domein Laurent Miquel<\/a>\u00a0geconfisceerd door de Staat en werden de monniken verdreven. Waarna in\u00a01791 de familie Miquel\u00a0het domein Cazal Viel koopt van\u00a0de monniken van de Abdij van Fontcaude.\u00a0Het wijnhuis Laurent Miquel<\/a> groeit en het Bardou-perceel wordt aangeplant in 1984 en doorgegegeven aan zoon Laurent, toen nog steeds kind. Verdere druiven variatie uitbreiding volgt in 1992 bij de aanplanting van de\u00a0eerste Viognier wijnstokken. De eerste Viognier oogst volgt in\u00a01995,\u00a0een waar succes dat leidt tot het aanplanten van meer van deze fantastische druif.\u00a0In 2010 wint\u00a0V\u00e9rit\u00e9 Viognier <\/a>twee prijzen in de \u201cInternational Wine Challenge\u201d in Londen. De wijn wordt erkent door een internationale jury als Beste Witte Languedoc Roussillon en als Beste Viognier Wereldwijd<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Deze Viognier \u201cV\u00e9rit\u00e9\u201d is de meest pure expressie van deze edele Zuiderse druif met een boeket van perzik, abrikoos en kamperfolie, zijn genereus en elegant pallet, alsook zijn verbazende nootachtige finale. SUPER WIJN met finesse en complexiteit.
