Laurent Miquel wordt gezien als \u00e9\u00e9n van de beste jonge wijnmakers uit het Zuiden van Frankrijk. Ge\u00efnspireerd door de passie en toewijding van zijn vader Henri als top wijnmaker uit Chinian in de Languedoc, treedt hij succesvol in diens voetsporen. Zijn twee passies, Syrah en Viognier, hebben ervoor gezorgd dat hij hoge ogen gooit op internationale proeverijen. De naam van de wijn is afkomstig van de noord-zuid ori\u00ebntatie van de stokken; op deze manier genieten de druiven van de stralen van ochtend- en avondzon, maar zijn ze beschut tegen de hitte van de dag. Frisse zuren in de wijn zijn het gevolg<\/p>\n

Het wijnhuis Laurent Miquel<\/a> heeft een rijke geschiedenis die de basis vormt van het huidige wijnbedrijf. Het begint allemaal ver terug in\u00a0het\u00a0Romeins Tijdperk.\u00a0Gesitueerd in het hart van de Languedoc wordt gedurende de jaren enorm veel ervaring overgedragen aan de volgende generaties van onze familie, die kent het landgoed ondertussen door en door.<\/p>\n

Een derde van de wijn kreeg rijping op houten vaten. De kleur is goud-geel met een groene schittering. In de neus herkent men florale tonen en subtiel fruit.
